after what I've seen or experience after all these outings,
I've realised that our guild have alot of small prob which can be resolved by talking 1 to 1?
But, it seems that you guys would rather solve it in a group..
I object to that because it'll cause more prob or hatred in future..
If you're not involve, don't get yourself into that matter..
And also,
If any of our members are in trouble or shows attitude because of a particular reason, encourage or help(give you advise to ease to situation) him/her .
Don't worsen his/hers situation..
